Entrant Information - 2009 Event
 

LATE ENTRY INFORMATION

We have been able to provide a designated area for late entries after the cut off time of 10.00am. Those vehicles arriving after 10.00am will be able to park on the grounds only in this area, providing all fees are paid. They will not be able to park within sections (this includes prepaid entries). This area can be divided off from the public thus avoiding a conflict with our public liability insurance. This concession for late entry arrivals will be available only from 10.00am till 11.00am or the area fills which ever comes first.

Therefore it would be in your best interests if you wish to park in the allocated sections to return your entry prior to day, and arrive before 10.00am.

 

CHANGE TO ENTRY CLASSES.

This year there is a change in the Classes available for your vehicle to enter, because of declining numbers over years in these classes.  We have amalgamated some, please be aware of these changes when filling out your return entry form.  Entry classes now available are listed elsewhere on this form.

 

Please allow at least 14 days turn around on processing your entry form.

 
Late entries for judging must be processed before 8.30am - if you want your vehicle to be judged
 Vehicles entering after that time will be for display only
 
CREDIT FACILITIES WILL NOT  BE AVAILABLE ON THE DAY AT SEAVIEW HIGH.  LATE ENTRIES PAYMENT ON DAY BY CASH/ CHEQUE ONLY  
 
HOW TO ENTER AND LEAVE SEAVIEW HIGH OVAL
We would ask that to alleviate a potential traffic hazard on Seacombe Rd that you enter the oval by using Calum Grove,(Western side of School) drive round the back of school into Braeside Ave and then turn left into oval. As in 2007 we will be seeking the services of Sturt Police to control traffic flow on to Seacombe Rd after the event, please follow directions as indicated by them.
